Our Return Policy

General Item & Equipment Policy

We may honour a 100% refund, exchange or store credit (excluding shipping charges and labour costs) on items returned within 14 days and in new saleable condition upon inspection. Congdon’s can choose to waive the refund if the item is found to have been damaged, misused and/or abused. After 14 days, the items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee up to a maximum return date of 30 days following the original receipt. Upon discretion of management.

Non-Refundable Items

Ostomy products, Incontinence products, Undergarments, Socks/Stockings, Compression Stockings, Swimwear, Wound Dressings, Pillows/Mattresses (Refundable if still in plastic), Australian Sheepskin, Raised Toilet Seats/Commodes, Sports Medicine Supports (Refundable if trialed for size and returned the next business day).


Special & Custom Order Return Policy 

Special order or customer order products (including stair lifts and any non-stock items) are considered final sale, and will be non-refundable.
