Coban NL non-latex self-adherent wrap is an elastic medical compression wrap that functions like a tape but sticks only to itself and not to skin, hair, drapes or clothing. It can be used for non-adhesive clinical applications such as blood draws, dressings, immobilization, secondary securement for difficult-to-dress areas (head, toes, fingers) and supports while providing compression* for soft tissue injuries (i.e. strains, sprains).
This lightweight, conformable, breathable wrap is comfortable for patients, can be adjusted during application and does not transfer color to clothing. Plus, it can be torn by hand to the appropriate length without the use of scissors, making application and removal easy for clinicians.
Suitable for all patients – including those with fragile and at-risk skin - Coban NL non-latex self-adherent wrap helps protect wound sites and immobilize injuries. The wrap can be worn for up to 7 days on the leg when used as part of a venous leg ulcer management program** and it may also be used as a component in other compression wrap systems only under the supervision of a wound care specialist.
