How to Use
Prep feet: Wash and dry thoroughly.
Assemble: Remove one pad from its pouch. Peel the backing from an adhesive sheet and affix it to the printed side of the pad.
Apply: Place the non-printed side of the pad directly against the sole of the foot. Smooth the adhesive to secure.
Wear overnight: Apply one pad to each foot for 7 consecutive nights.
Remove & discard: In the morning, peel off the pad and adhesive sheet and discard. Rinse away any sticky residue if needed.
