Triad is a zinc-oxide based, sterile paste that maintains a moist environment for treating shallow-to-deep wounds. It excels in difficult-to-dress areas (e.g., gluteal cleft, sacrum) and adheres to wet or dry skin, managing low-to-moderate exudate. Ideal for autolytic debridement and protecting peri-wound skin from moisture, it can remain in place for up to 5-7 days.

Usage Instructions
Application: Apply directly to the wound or periwound skin.
Frequency: Change every 1–7 days, depending on wound depth and exudate level (1-3 days for deep/necrotic; 5-7 days for superficial/clean).
Removal: Remove using a pH-balanced cleanser (e.g., Sea-Clens) and gentle washing. 
 
Indications & Contraindications
Indicated For: Pressure ulcers, venous stasis ulcers, superficial wounds, dermal lesions, and partial/full-thickness wounds.
Contraindications: Do not use on third-degree burns or heavily infected wounds.
